The action you can take in these upcoming weeks and months will make a positive impact for the holidays and beyond. Holiday decorations are out and the end of the year will be here before you know it. This is your time to push yourself and take action.

BigN Marketplace additions – We now have a holiday page with a sorting mechanism to help you find that perfect gift even quicker.
New additions include: Walmart, Harry & David, JCPenney & Plow and Heart.
Update on Home Depot – they now have ship to store.

Customer service hours – Monday & Wednesday, customer service is here until 7pm et.
Friday afternoon we had an employee appreciation afternoon at the bowling alley. This helps continue the bonds and relationships here at the home office. There was good competition . Dan had the highest score.
Chris Ramcharitar (TNFD) has been promoted to Director of Factory Direct.
Darlene Bernd is our Director of Marketing & Products.

Pastor Joel Osteen – He talked about some great analogies. Being positive and being around positive people. Be cautious of the information you allow in front of you. We have many ways to access information. Guard our mind even more today. Protect your mind. Try to reduce the amount of negative people in your life. Put positive back in to flush out the negative.
We do need to see the good in others, finding the positive in every situation. But know when to change direction. As Pastor Joel Osteen discusses, go through the garbage and find something good. But you may have to weed through lots of negative in order to find the good.
