Today’s call is about something you won’t find on our bign.com site. It’s not in any paperwork, not in RTFF, Not in Save & Earn Guidebook, in any of our marketing materials, Big N Updates, nor in our E news… It is about why Team National is special…It’s our people. They inspire us and get us through the ups and downs. Back in 2000, Angela’s attended her first event, as a guest, before actually working at TN, she was pleasantly surprised to see how warm and welcoming the IMDs were. Making her feel special. They shared a mutual love and respect for Dick Loehr.
Recently, Phil’s grandfather passed away. Phil and I were so touched by all of the TN folks sending us support through various emails, text and voicemails. We event received a very heartfelt card from folks we have never met before. What other type of community, besides a church, has such caring people that reach out and show their support? TN folks have big hearts. We are blessed to be made up of like-minded people who show their love. The greatest thing is to show how much you care.
A couple years ago, Platinum Carolyn Brown’s home burned down in a fire. She was touched to see how many TN folks reached out to her. Nine years ago, Phil’s parents’ house burned down and their attitude was that they can now go shopping for new things and still have their memories even though they lost their home and pictures.
