I want to thank everyone for joining me on the call this morning. We have lots of great information to share with everyone.

"It was an awesome event in Arizona. This was my first time out to the Phoenix/Tucson area. The hospitality and warm welcome was outstanding. So, I certainly appreciate that. Thank you to the hosts Double Platinums Don & Laura Glover and also Frank and Peggy Martinez, along with many other local leaders there as well. There was excitement like we've never seen before. We showed the 100k action plan and excitement was spreading into the field like wildfire. Folks are fired up and ready to show that 100k action plan."
There's also a lot of buzz going around about our upcoming Fuel Your Fire convention. In Kansas City, Les Brown will serve as our keynote speaker. Take advantage of our early bird pricing while it lasts!
We're celebrating our 15 fun & fantastic years.
As Dick Loehr said, "Big events are where big decisions happen. Attending Team National events, is where it moves from your head to your heart."
And you can really understand what Team National is all about.

There, under Breaking News/Hot Links , you will be able to access the 3 short training videos done by National Sales Director, Eagle Winner, and Double Platinum Robert Fason as well as view the online version and the pdf of this awesome action plan. He goes over the action plan and how you can earn those pay centers and also risk vs. potential in great detail to get you on your way.

The cruise contest runs through business ending 3/2 . There's about another 20 people that will be winning any day now since they are that close in points. In fact, if you go all the way down on the list to about number 78, all these folks have half the points needed already. This momentum sure is terrific!
Let's shift gears here for a moment.
My Pastor , Pastor Scott talked about the power of words in church on Sunday.
There are so many simple lessons that we often miss…
Actions speak louder than words.
But also
"Words can either give you life or take life away. They can either add value to you or they can become a negative effect. These can be used as encouragement or be a negative effect. So be very conscious about how you use words and even write out a note. " – Pastor Scott.
"Be encouragers and have a positive effect on others. At the corporate office, part of our vision and mission is to be positive influencers and make a difference in others' lives. Apply this in your daily life. To some, this comes natural and others it does not. Perhaps begin by sending a positive email or write an encouraging note." - Angela
Angela - I wrote an email to Sydney's teacher as a thank you note for encouraging her along the way. Also apply this to your Team National business. The Eagles are a great example of this they are encouragers. They built their strong business as a team.
"Encouragement changes Everything" by John Maxwell is a terrific book.
A Mark Twain quote in the book, "The best way to cheer yourself up it to cheer everybody else up."
"Recognize how your encouragement truly does add value to someone else and adds value to their life.. Limit your time with negative people. You want to have positive connections and do things that will make you feel good." - Angela

Encouragement is an important part of your success. Choosing wisely who you spend your time with and where you spend your time.

The more you encourage people, the easier it gets. If it's not natural for you, then you can start by writing positive notes.
Henry Ford and Thomas Edison became great friends. Thomas Edison encouraged Henry Ford about what he had developed (the car). Henry Ford said that had reinforced his belief in what he was doing and kept him focused to continue. Specific encouragement is very purposeful.
There's lots of opportunities everyday to encourage someone. Make a conscious effort to be intentional today.
