Updates from the corporate office…
My dad, Dick Loehr, is the founder of Team National which started in 1997. We have lots of great things in store in celebration of our 15 year anniversary. We’ve had ups and downs and as a result, we’ve grown a lot.
Our Mid Winter Business Meeting with our top sales leaders (Platinums) is later this week. We will kick off the 2012 together here at the TN corporate office with planning, decision-making and lots of fellowship. Also, we’ll soon reveal who the 2011 Eagle Winner is.

Vision - it is key to understand the vision of the company.
“Making Vision Stick” author Andy Stanley is a great read. In January, we focus on vision. As he notes, communicate it clearly, effectively and often. Sometimes people lose sight or it gets blurry. Also, it’s important to have a personal vision statement - all folks, get is crystal clear for you and your family.
One of my favorite parts of the convention is vision-casting, seeing the big picture.
Providing value simply means seeing the big picture.
