President & CEO Angela Loehr Chrysler
“I’m exceptionally excited this Monday morning…I’m doing one of my favorite things to do. The first 10 minutes leading up to the call I love hearing your voices shouting out from all over the country. New and old friends alike. Thank you for taking time out of your busy morning and being on.” - Angela

Those that attend events, such as our Believe to Achieve
convention in Orlando in August, will be changed and changed for the better . I’ve
seen changes happen in the leaders every
year by going to convention, plugging into local and regional events and by being on our weekly conference calls. At
convention, great relationships are built not to mention the valuable
business-building nuggets that are
shared. Lots of great events all around
the country. Help build momentum at
these events leading up to our national
convention.
As my dad and Team National founder Dick Loehr used to say: “Go with an open mind and learn at least one thing. This will help you on your path to success.”
Congratulations once again to our newest Platinums Craig
& Michelle Gregory. They will be sharing their story at convention on the
big stage, as well as other top leaders.
“Just recently, Phil, Syd and I had the pleasure of spending quality time with the Matheny’s & the Martin’s filming their ‘Lessons & Lifestyle of an Eagle’ segment which will be aired on TNTV in the coming months. We are excited that our TNTV filming for ‘Lessons & Lifestyle of an Eagle’ is now complete for all 8 Eagles. Wow folks this is some powerful stuff. Folks these people have sacrificed and stayed focused and now are living their dreams. Spend some time with these types of people at convention and get inspired. The Lessons & Lifestyle of an Eagle Red Carpet Premiere for 2010 Eagle Winners Ron & Sheila Steffes is next week, can’t wait!” – Angela

“Recently, Phil & I were in Dallas, TX for the DSA annual meeting. Being on the DSA board and on the DSEF board is so awesome. I’m passionate about this because I’m passionate about our industry and the lives and choices we change every day here at Team National.” – Angela
At the annual meeting, Phil and I attended a breakfast where
former President George Bush was speaking. We were able to briefly meet him.
Meeting him was very humbling. He spoke on
universal leadership principles we all can apply every day to our own lives
and TN organizations (You, Inc.).
We event got our photo taken with President Bush. And then got to chat with him.
“We mentioned to him that Phil’s dad was a congressman and was passionate about our country and the voting process. Phil was wearing former Vice President George Bush (senior) VP cuff links. And then President Bush was kind enough and upgraded Phil by giving him Presidential cuff links.” – Angela
Folks, we sure did feel a special connection here.
Later in the day, there was a Q & A session with President
Bush. His leadership bullets regardless of your party affiliation can be
applied to all.
Leadership lessons can be learned either way
Decisions have consequences beyond the moment. Choose your
actions wisely.
You don’t know who you will influence.
You need to be optimistic if you lead an organization. You
incorporated be in charge of you.
You need to believe in something and be principled in your
belief.
Believe in something and defend it.
In crisis, everyone is watching. Stay calm and make a
statement so others don’t talk for you.
Give it your all, all the time.
