There's a very fun buzz going on around here because it is a very big and exciting week out there in the sales field.

This Saturday, January 7 is our New Year Kick Off…37 locations all around the country. We have an awesome new video done by Angela and EVP Phil Chrysler. We share updates for 2012 and of course we recap 2011. We will put together some more information that we'll be sharing throughout the rest of January on this call and throughout other mediums.
Couple updates for you:
Discovery Channel – We recently got an update from them on why we haven't been featured yet ,as it was our understanding we would be featured in either 3rd or 4th quarter of 2011. The host of the show got pregnant and she still needs to film an introductory segment of the show. Due to her pregnancy, there was a significant delay in filming. Now, we are scheduled to be featured in the 1st qtr of 2012. We are excited and thrilled to be a part of that. As soon as we learn more and find out the dates we will continue to share this information with you.
Save & Earn Guide Book – One of our more popular printed materials. You can actually purchase it yourself on My TN Print Shop. The latest and greatest, new updated version is available now. One of the things we pride ourselves in is continuing to make updates based on your suggestions. One of them was to move all product information towards the back of the book and explain about our consumables, which we gladly did. And, we just updated it with some of the new things we just launched at our last convention…i.e. Roadside Protection, Daily Deals, and more.
We just launched over a week ago an exciting cruise promo called 15 points for 15 year cruise. It's your way to celebrate with us our 15 fun and fantastic years. This is one of our most popular promotions.

Speaking of convention – Notable Motivational Speaker & Best-Selling Author Les Brown will be speaking at our March convention. He will be on a future Monday morning call with me in a few weeks. We'll announce that date once it is solidified.
Goal setting – I'm only going to spend a couple minutes on goal setting, since I feel that there is so much great information out there on this. I'm going to give you a couple ideas couple ideas on how you can get yourself started.
First of all, we have a great goal setting book 'Design Your Best Year Ever' by Darren Hardy, publisher of Success Magazine, which is available on bign and will be at many NYKO locations. One of the things he does in this book is he encourages you to put things down on paper and evaluate last year and think about 2012 in very managemeable terms. As many of our leaders teach, knowing your why before your how and also that you can't actually achieve something unless you first see it.
Jim Rohn quote- "The major reason for setting a goal is for what it makes of you to accomplish it. What it makes of you will always be the far greater value than what you get."
Goal setting and defining our passion is a process.
Set those goals in every area of your life. Business, financial, physical, relationships, mental, spiritual and lifestyle. Live a balanced life. We, here at the home office, have monthly personal growth and development with staff and with our executives.
There's an email that goes around every now and then that reminds us that there are people in your life for a reason a season or a lifetime.
