See the goodness in new opportunities and be the example for others. Recently, my grandparents needed to move from their own home into an assisted living facility. Change is hard, but can also be the best thing for us. I reminded them that this is the best thing for them and they should remain positive. It is really important to remind folks to find the joy and smile during times of change.
